Major: Packaging Engineering Technology

When Justin Nguyen attended Indiana State he majored in packaging engineering technology. State is one of eight schools in the nation to offer a packaging program. State focuses more on the engineering side of packaging with things such as the structural side, how do the materials work together, what materials to choose, etc. State has taken Justin from where he was to where he wanted to be. He missed out on opportunities because he didn’t have a vehicle. His professor Brian James help him negotiate the price for a car and the opportunities piled on from there. Eventually leading to him receiving a full-time job offer from Carrier Corporation.
