The 2016 Sparrow Team celebrated the Fourth of July at their research site at Cranberry Lake, NY. The sparrow team is continuing a nearly 30-year groundbreaking research project by Dr. Rusty Gonser and the late Dr. Elaina Tuttle that studies and collects data on the ecology and genetics of white-throated sparrows.
